P E R CURIAM:* R a n d le Garza is charged with conspiring to distribute or possessing with in t e n t to distribute cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine, and ecstacy, in v io la t io n of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846. He appeals from an order of detention is s u e d by the district court. The evidence as a whole supports the district court's c o n c lu s io n that no conditions of release exist that would reasonably assure the s a fe t y of the community were Garza to be released pending trial. See 18 U.S.C. § 3142; United States v. Hare, 873 F.2d 796, 798-99 (5th Cir. 1989). AFFIRMED.
