As Perez concedes, the argument he raises on appeal is foreclosed by United States v. Rodriguez, 711 F.3d 541, 557, 562 & n.28 (5th Cir. (en banc), cert denied, 2013 WL 2617911 (U.S. Nov. 4, 2013) (No. 12-10695), in which this court concluded that the generic, contemporary Pursuant to 5TH CIR.
