OPINION filed: We REVERSE district court's grant of summary judgment as to Evans's First Amendment retaliation and Fourth Amendment unreasonable-search claims against Defendants in their individual capacities---and their official capacitues to the extent injunctive relief is sought---AFFIRM the district court's judgment in all other respects, and REMAND the case for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
