The dismissal of Glazer's FDCPA claims against Reimer, Arnovitz, Cherneck & Jeffrey Co., L.P.A. is REVERSED. IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, it is ORDERED that the district court’s dismissal
of Glazer’s Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA) claims against Chase and its denial of
Glazer’s motions to amend the complaint are AFFIRMED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that
the dismissal of Glazer’s FDCPA claims against Reimer, Arnovitz, Cherneck & Jeffrey Co.,
L.P.A. is REVERSED, the dismissal of Glazer’s state-law claims is VACATED, and the case
is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of this court.
