OPINION filed : We REVERSE the district court's grant of summary judgment for defendant-appellee American Greetings. We AFFIRM the denial of partial summary judgment for plaintiff-appellant MoonScoop and the partial grant of summary judgment for plaintiff-appellant MoonScoop regarding indemnification.
