The sentence imposed is VACATED and the case REMANDED to the district court for findings necessary to determine whether an obstruction-of-justice enhancement is proper in this case, in light of existing Supreme Court and Sixth Circuit precedent and the provisions of [section] 3C1.1 of the Guidelines.
