OPINION and JUDGMENT filed: The bankruptcy court's judgment with respect to Stone's disallowance claims is AFFIRMED and the judgment as to his affirmative claims is VACATED. On REMAND the bankruptcy court shall recast its final judgment as to these claims as proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, which the district court shall review de novo.
