Moore's appeal of the district court's denial of qualified immunity is DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction. The district court's denial of Hickman's motion to reconsider his Gunowner Rights claim, his Rule 56(f) motions, and his Rule 60(b)(2) motion is AFFIRMED.
