USA v. Dazzle Young

Filing

OPINION: the government did not violate defendant's constitutional rights by withholding evidence in violation of its rule 16 discovery obligations. Young's request for a remand is therefore DENIED. In addition, the district court's decisions denying defendant's motion for acquittal under Rule 29 and motion for new trial pursuant to Rule 33 are AFFIRMED, decision not for publication. Danny J. Boggs, Circuit Judge; John M. Rogers, Circuit Judge and George C. Steeh, AUTHORING U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Michigan, sitting by designation.
