Andrew Shirvell v. Deborah Gordon

Filing

OPINION filed: For the above reasons, we AFFIRM the imposition of Rule 11 sanctions. We also find that Shirvell s appeal is frivolous, but that Rule 38 sanctions are not necessary. We therefore DENY Gordon s motion for Rule 38 sanctions. Decision not for publication. Alan E. Norris, Karen Nelson Moore, and Julia Smith Gibbons (AUTHORING), Circuit Judges.
