OPINION and JUDGMENT filed : The district court s denial of judicial immunity to Judge Evans is REVERSED and REMANDED to the district court with instructions to dismiss the case against Judge Evans. The district court s dismissal with prejudice of Bright s federal claims against the Board, the Commission, and the Corporation and its dismissal without prejudice of Bright s state-law claims against the Corporation are AFFIRMED.
