immunity to Judge Evans is REVERSED and REMANDED to the district court with instructions to
dismiss the case against Judge Evans. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the district court’s dismissal
with prejudice of Bright’s federal claims against the Board, the Commission, and the Corporation and
its dismissal without prejudice of Bright’s state-law claims against the Corporation are AFFIRMED.
