OPINION and JUDGMENT filed : The district court s grant of summary judgment to the Kalamazoo County Road Commission on Tilley s age-discrimination claim under the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act is AFFIRMED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the grant of summary judgment on Tilley s claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act is REVERSED, and the case is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of this court.decision for publication.
