OPINION filed : We REVERSE the portion of the district court s judgment awarding punitive damages to the plaintiff and AFFIRM the district court s conclusion that the jury verdicts were not inconsistent for the reasons set out above. This case is REMANDED for entry of judgment in accordance with this opinion, resulting in a total award of compensatory damages to Hill of $5,000. Decision not for publication. Danny J.
