OPINION and JUDGMENT filed : We REVERSE the trial court s standing determination; AFFIRM its decision to partially deny RGI s Rule 50(b) motion and its decision to not instruct the jury on Sabatine s illegal conduct; DENY RGI s motion for a new trial; and REMAND the case with instructions to reinstate the jury verdict and calculate the interest owed on the judgment.
