OPINION and JUDGMENT filed : The defendant s sentences are AFFIRMED, but the August 21, 2014 order prohibiting public access to defendant s plea agreement is VACATED, and the case is REMANDED for the limited purpose of placing on the record the district court s justification for preventing public access in this case.
