OPINION filed: We AFFIRM the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendants on Amos's discrimination and Tennessee Public Protection Act claims, but VACATE the district court's sua sponte grant of summary judgment as to Amos's retaliation claim and REMAND for further proceedings.
