Surya Nallani v. Wayne County, et al

Filing

OPINION filed : The district court's grant of summary judgment to defendant Covington must be REVERSED and this matter REMANDED for further proceedings regarding the claims against him. Because the plaintiff has failed to establish even a genuine dispute of fact regarding the 1983 liability of the other defendants, we AFFIRM the district court s entry of summary judgment in favor of all the defendants other than Covington. Decision not for publication. R. Guy Cole, Jr., Chief Judge; Martha Craig Daughtrey (AUTHORING) and Karen Nelson Moore, Circuit Judges.
