George Dernis, et al v. Amos Financial, et al

Filing

OPINION filed : we AFFIRM the district court's dismissal of the Dernises' claims against the FDIC. Because the FDIC's removal was untimely and the state court has jurisdiction over the Dernises' claims against the remaining defendants, we also affirm the district court's order remanding those claims, decision not for publication. Julia Smith Gibbons (Authoring), Deborah L. Cook, and Richard Allen Griffin, Circuit Judges.
