OPINION filed : For these reasons, we reverse the district court s refusal to grant Willacy prejudgment interest, remand for the calculation of prejudgment interest and for a determination of whether Willacy deserves post-judgment interest, and affirm the rest of the district court s decisions, decision not for publication.
