Kasie Stevens-Bratton v. Trugreen, Inc.
Filing
OPINION filed: The district court erroneously found that Stevens-Bratton s dispute against TruGreen arose under the expired agreement and thus erroneously concluded that the dispute was arbitrable. Accordingly, we REVERSE the district court s judgment compelling arbitration, vacate the judgment denying class certification, and REMAND for further proceedings, decision not for publication. Damon J. Keith (authoring), Circuit Judge; Alice M. Batchelder, Circuit Judge and Eric L. Clay, Circuit Judge.
