opinion of even date, it is ORDERED that the district court’s judgment order invalidating the
right-to-work protection of § 4(B) of Hardin County Ordinance 300 is REVERSED. In all other
respects, the court’s judgment order, declaring § 4(E) and § 5 of Ordinance 300 unenforceable, is
AFFIRMED.
