On July 11, 2011, the Court issued an opinion in the referenced appeal. Please replace
your opinion with the attached corrected opinion.
The original opinion was corrected at page 2, last line of the first full paragraph, by
adding “and other assets” so the sentence reads, “The Bank later sold the system and other assets
to Active Network for about $46.5 million.”
And at page 6, by substituting the sentence, “As GreatLodge acknowledges, Active
Network paid about $46.5 million for assets that included the system that GreatLodge sold for
$965,000.” for the sentence that read, “Active Network paid about $46.5 million for a system
that GreatLodge sold for $965,000.”
