Filed order (ALEX KOZINSKI, J. CLIFFORD WALLACE and BARRY G. SILVERMAN) Media organizations have expressed an interest in video recording the oral argument in these consolidated cases. Any party objecting to video recording must file its opposition, not to exceed 1,200 words, no later than 4:00 p.m., PST, on Friday, January 7, 2011. Information submitted to the court under seal may have since become public knowledge. The parties may each file a motion to unseal specific parts of the briefs and excerpts of record. Motions must be filed no later than 9:00 a.m., PST, on Monday, January 10, 2011, and may not exceed 1,200 words. Appended to each motion must be a list (1) identifying by page number the items to unseal and (2) providing a publicly available source for each item, if possible.
