Re:
Microsoft Corp. v. Motorola, Inc., No. 12-35352 (9th Cir. Sept. 28, 2012)
Dear Ms. Blesener:
I write concerning two corrections to the listing of counsel for Appellee Microsoft
Corporation in the Ninth Circuit’s September 28, 2012 slip opinion in Microsoft Corp. v.
Motorola, Inc., No. 12-35352.
First, the law firm for counsel Arthur W. Harrigan, Jr., Christopher Wion, and Shane P.
Cramer changed names during the pendency of the appeal to “Calfo Harrigan Leyh & Eakes
LLP.” Please replace the former firm name (“Danielson Harrigan Leyh & Tollefson LLP”) with
the current name; the firm remains in Seattle, WA. Second, my last name is misspelled as
“Treta.” Please replace “Treta” with “Trela.”
Very truly yours,
s/ Constantine L. Trela, Jr.
