certificate of service (document 5), and Volumes 1 through 4 of the excerpts of
record (submitted at Docket Entry No. 24). The Clerk shall file the unredacted
opening brief (document 2) and Volume 5 (document 4) under seal.
Within 7 days after the date of this order, appellant shall submit for public
