joins both the motion of "Technology Companies and Other Businesses" for leave to file an
amicus brief (Dkt. 19-1) and the proposed Brief of Technology Companies and Other
Businesses as Amici Curiae in Support of Appellees (Dkt. 19-2), which those movants filed on
February 5, 2017.
Redfin Corporation expressly adopts and endorses the arguments in the proposed brief
and the points in the underlying motion. The motion and the brief also reflect its interests as an
amicus curiae.
Redfin Corporation states that it has no parent corporation and that no publicly held
corporation owns 10% or more of its stock.
