Court W.D. of Washington No. 2:17-cv-141 Dear Ms. Dwyer, On Tuesday, February 7, 2017, the parties presented oral argument to the Court. During the argument, Judge Friedland asked the States whether they would be presenting additional evidence in the district court and the nature of that evidence. Two of these, concerning concrete harm to Washington’s universities, have already been filed. They are at Docket No. 66, Declaration of R.
