ORDER

ORDERED that the motion for leave to withdraw appearance be granted. It is
FURTHER ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant file, within 30
days of the date of this order, an entry of appearance form and other initial submissions
required by this court's October 10, 2000, order; and a response to the motion for
summary disposition. Failure to comply with this order will result in dismissal of the appeal
