1. The plaintiff's objection (Doc. #28) filed on July 9, 2013 to the Recommendation
of the Magistrate Judge is overruled;
2. The Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge (Doc. #27) entered on June 20, 2013
is adopted;
3. The defendants' motions for summary judgment are GRANTED and this case is
DISMISSED with prejudice; and
4. Costs are taxed against plaintiff for which execution may issue.
