CONSENT JUDGMENT: It is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court that the joint motions for consent judgment (doc. no. 56 and 57 ), are granted. It is further the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court that judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff ASD Specialty Healthcare, Inc. and against defendants Integrated Community Oncology Network, LLC, Thomas A. Marsland, M.D., jointly and severally, in the total amount of $798,351.89, with interest to accrue from the entry of this judgm ent as provided by 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a), with each party to bear its own costs. It is further ORDERED that plaintiff ASD Specialty Healthcares outstanding motion for summary judgment (doc. no. 14 ) is denied as moot.
