JUDGMENT, in accordance with the 8747 memorandum opinion entered this date, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) the plf's 8721 Objections are overruled; (2) the special master's 8719 REPORT AND RECOMMENDA TION is adopted; (3) the defendants' 8477 Motion for Summary Judgment is granted on the individual-contempt claims of claimant Jeffrey Hollingsworth; (4) judgment is entered in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiffs as to claimant Hollingsworth's individual-contempt claims, with the plaintiffs and claimant Hollingsworth's claims; directing the clerk to enter the document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP.
