B.A. JONES De fend ant. _______________________________ * * * CIVIL ACTION NO. 2:05-CV-610-F WO * * ORDER Plaintiff, an inmate incarcerated at the Bullock Correctional Facility in Union Springs, A l a b a m a , filed this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action on June 28, 2005. Plaintiff submitted a motion f o r leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Upon review of the motion, the court finds that Pla intiff has not submitted any information regarding his inmate account. Pursuant to the fee provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(b)(1), the court requires Plaintiff to submit an inmate account statement reflecting the average monthly balance in his prison a c c o u n t and the average monthly deposits to his account for the 6-month period immediately p r e c e d in g the filing of this complaint. Plaintiff, therefore, shall be granted additional time to p r o v i d e the court with current information regarding his inmate account so the court may d e t e r m in e whether he should be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis in this cause of action. Ac cord ingly, it is ORDERED that: 1 .
