ORDERED that re parties' 42 motion in limine, 44 response, and 54 exhibit-list objections, counsel for all parties are to do the following: (1) meet, in person, by no later than 7/13/09 to attempt to resolve the issues raised in the motion in limine, response, and exhibit-list objections, as well as any other potential objections not raised in those filings; and (2) file a jointly prepared report by 7/16/09 (a) as to which issues are resolved and which ones remain unresolved and (b) for each and every unresolved issue, setting forth in detail the position of each side.
