After a review of the recommendation, to which no timely objections have b e e n filed, and after an independent review of the entire record, the court believes that the re c o m m e n d a tio n should be adopted. Accordingly, it is O R D E R E D and ADJUDGED that the Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge be a n d is hereby ADOPTED and that this case be and is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice p rio r to service of process in accordance with the directives of 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(i).
