B y its Order (Doc. # 86) dated March 26, 2010, the Court reminded the parties of the o b lig a tio n , imposed by Rule 26(f) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to confer and to d e v e lo p a proposed discovery plan and directed to file the Report of Parties' Planning M e e tin g described in Rule 26(f) as soon as practicable but not later than April 23, 2010. As o f the date of this Order, the Court has not received the Report of Parties' Planning. The p a rtie s are hereby ORDERED to file a proper Report of Parties' Planning Meeting as p re v io u s ly ordered no later than July 8, 2010. The parties are admonished that failure to c o m p ly with this Order could result in the imposition of appropriate sanctions. It is not a c c e p ta b le behavior to ignore deadlines the Court imposes. In preparing the Report of Parties' Planning Meeting, the parties are advised that the lo n g s ta n d in g practice in this district is that dispositive motions shall be filed no later than 90 d a ys prior to the pretrial date. If the parties seek to vary from that schedule, they should p re s e n t, in the plan, specific case related reasons for the requested variance.

This case will be set for trial before the undersigned judge during one of that judge's re g u la rly scheduled civil trial terms. The pretrial date is normally set within four to six w e e k s of a scheduled trial term. The dates of each judge's civil trial terms are available on th e court's website located at http://almd.uscourts.gov in the civil case information section. T h is court may or may not hold a scheduling conference before issuing a scheduling o rd e r. If the court holds a scheduling conference, counsel may participate in the scheduling c o n f e re n c e by conference call. T h e scheduling order entered by the court will follow the form of the Uniform S c h e d u lin g Order adopted by the judges of this court. The Uniform Scheduling Order is also a v a ila b le on the court's website. T h e report of the parties should comply with Form 52 of the Appendix of Forms to th e Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
