Specifically, plaintiff objects to the M a g is tra te Judge's order of November 19, 2009 (Doc. #105) denying the plaintiff's motion f o r leave to amend. After an independent review of the plaintiff's motion, the Magistrate J u d g e 's order, and the plaintiff's objection, the Court finds that the Magistrate Judge's order is neither clearly erroneous, nor contrary to law. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(a). Therefore, it is h e re b y O R D E R E D that plaintiff's objection (Doc. #106) is OVERRULED.
