JUDGMENT: it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) Plf's 82 Objections are overruled; (2) The US Magistrate Judge's 77 Recommendation is adopted; (3) Dft's 41 Motion for Summary Judgment is granted; (4) Plf's claim under the Equal Pay Act, 29 USC § 206(d), is dismissed without prejudice; (5) Plf's claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 USC §§ 1981a, 2000e through 2000e-17, is dismissed with pre judice; further ORDERED that costs are taxed against plf, for which execution may issue; DIRECTING the clerk to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP; This case is closed.
