OF CORRECTIONS, et al., ) ) Defendants. ) ORDER The plaintiff, a state inmate, filed this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action in which he challenges the constitutionality of his confinement at the Bullock County Correctional Facility. However, the plaintiff did not file the $350.00 filing fee nor did he submit an original affidavit in support of a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with the requisite documentation from the inmate account clerk at the Bullock County Correctional Facility. Thus, the pleadings filed by the plaintiff fail to provide the court with the information necessary for a determination of whether the plaintiff should be allowed to proceed without prepayment of a filing fee in this cause of action. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that on or before June 24, 2009 the plaintiff shall file either the appropriate affidavit in support of his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis accompanied by a prison account statement from the account clerk at the Bullock
