CORRECTED MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: It is ORDERED as follows: 1. Defendants' 34 Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED as to all claims of discrimination arising out of hiring decisions for positions other than President and DENIED as to all claims arising out of the hiring of Harris as President in 2009. 2.
