JUDGMENT, in accordance with the memorandum opinion entered this date, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) plf's 47 objections are overruled; (2) the Mag Judge's 45 report and recommendation is adopted; (3) plf's 41 motion for summary judgment is denied; (4) defs' 26 motion for summary judgment is granted; (5) judgment is entered in favor of defendants and against plaintiff, with plaintiff taking nothing by her complaint; further ORDERING that costs are taxed against plaintiff, for which execution may issue; directing the clerk to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP.
