After a review of the Recommendation, and after an in d e p e n d e n t review of the entire record, the Court believes that the Recommendation should b e adopted. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the RECOMMENDATION of the Magistrate Judge is ADOPTED. It is further ORDERED that the 28 U.S.C. § 2241 petition for habeas corpus relief is D ISM ISSE D without prejudice because of Petitioner's failure to exhaust administrative re m e d ie s in accordance with the procedures established by the BOP.
