Chytka is GRANTED; 4) that judgment is entered in favor of Dfts on all claims; and 5) that these consolidated cases are DISMISSED with prejudice, with costs taxed against Plf for which execution may issue; DIRECTING the Clerk to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP.
