COMES NOW, counsel for Defendant Groupon, Inc. ("Groupon"), pursuant to local rule
83.1 (b)(1), moves this Court to consider the Motion of Christopher M. Young for Admission
Pro Hac Vice, and to enter the Order attached hereto granting Christopher M. Young permission
to practice as counsel for Defendant Groupon in the above-referenced action.

Movant Christopher M. Young resides within the geographical boundaries of the United
States District Court of Southern District of California.

Attached as Exhibit "A" is a certificate of good standing for the United States District
Court of Southern District of California.
