COMES NOW, counsel for Defendant Groupon, Inc. (“Groupon”), pursuant to local rule
83.1 (b)(1), moves this Court to consider the Motion of Noah A. Katsell for Admission Pro Hac
Vice, and to enter the Order attached hereto granting Noah A. Katsell permission to practice as
counsel for Defendant Groupon in the above-referenced action.
