ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge be
and is hereby ADOPTED and that plaintiff’s motion for voluntary dismissal of the complaint
(Doc. # 10) is GRANTED and this case is DISMISSED without prejudice.
