OPINION
Plaintiff filed this lawsuit claiming that defendant
terminated her employment because of her race in violation
of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended,
42 U.S.C. §§ 1981a, 2000e to 2000e-17.
This lawsuit is
now before the court on the recommendation of the United
States Magistrate Judge that plaintiff’s case be dismissed
for want of prosecution and failure to comply with court
orders.
There are no objections to the recommendation.
After an independent and de novo review of the record, the
court concludes that the magistrate judge’s recommendation
should be adopted.
An appropriate judgment will be entered.
DONE, this the 19th day of June, 2013.
