ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge be
and is hereby ADOPTED, that the plaintiff’s motion to dismiss (doc. # 16) be and is hereby
GRANTED, and that this case be and is hereby DISMISSED without prejudice.
