OPINION
Pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, plaintiff, a state
inmate, filed this lawsuit claiming that defendant, a
correctional
officer,
told
prisoners
that
plaintiff
provided information to law enforcement, and this act
endangered
plaintiff’s
safety.
