which no timely objections have been filed. (Doc. # 27.) Upon an independent
review of the record and upon consideration of the Recommendation, it is
ORDERED:

Defendants’ motion for summary judgment (Doc. # 20) is

GRANTED.
3.

Plaintiff Eric Hosey-Bey’s claims against Defendants Christopher

Gordy, Althea Townson, and Lewis Hulett are DISMISSED with prejudice.
4.

This case is DISMISSED.

5.

Costs are TAXED against the Plaintiff, for which execution may
